This listing covers the commercial license fee for the above designs, and allows manufacturing of up to 350 single items or stitching by a third party on your company's behalf. If you purchase an item from a third party outside of the United States and sell it in the United States, you will be responsible for the commercial license fee. If you exceed the license amount, please reach out for a custom listing.

What This License Covers:

• Production of up to 350 stitched items with these designs
• Defined as limited commercial embroidery
• Gives you the right to embroider these designs on items for profit and sell them
• Must be purchased in addition to the design file itself

Important Notes:

• Production exceeding 350 stitched items is strictly prohibited without an additional license purchase
• Failing to purchase a commercial license will result in legal repercussions
• Embroidery designs are protected under US copyright law
• This license is for small commercial use and does not grant rights to high-volume production exceeding 350 items
