Commercial License Fee Listing for 400-1,000 Items

This listing is for any design that will be manufactured on 400+ single items OR stitched by a third party on your company's behalf (a manufacturer). You/they must have this commercial license fee purchased in addition to the design itself. If you purchase an item from a third party out of the United States and sell it in the United States, you will be responsible for the commercial license fee. If you exceed the license amount please reach out for a custom listing for more.

What This License Covers:

Production of 400+ stitched items with this design is defined as limited commercial embroidery and is strictly prohibited without the purchase of this license. This license gives you the right to embroider this design on items for profit and sell them. Failing to purchase a commercial license will result in legal repercussions. Embroidery designs are protected under US copyright law.

Important Notes:

• This license is for commercial use and does not give the right to high volume commercial production exceeding 1,000 items. Please send a message if volume will exceed 1,000 items.
• Once this fee is purchased for each design used commercially, companies are released to use Ruby Dear Designs intellectual property.
• While not necessary, it is always wonderful and I appreciate if you share the source for the design.
